Yeah, thanks Chef Jerkface, for casually instructing us to flip the eggs. Why don't you throw in a triple axel back handspring into the splits while you're at it? Poor Adam, having to go through a carton of eggs before finding his flip. I love that guy.

Excellent videos, Adam. Kind of Alton Brown in reverse. Wonderful concept. (But it's better to crack eggs on a flat surface. Many fewer shell fragments end up in the eggs.)
