That was fun to watch! And 6-6-1-1-1 is a great - I'll remember that one!

I tried this and the tough was way too dry -- just a bowl full of crumbs instead of a mound of dough. I added at least 5 more TB of water. After that I googled around a bit and discovered I should have added an extra egg instead. Oh well. Dough is resting right now; not optimistic about the results or this recipe.

Absolutely hilarious and inspirational at the same time! Now I just have to find myself a nice pasta roller..

Wow, it's one thing to watch the pro on a food TV show, but to watch someone "try it at home" is totally cool. After watching this, I think I could make paste, too! Thanks!!

You know what's great about this? Whole wheat pasta is so much better for you, but dried whole wheat pasta is gross. It's great when it's fresh, but who knows how to make fresh pasta?! I DO NOW! Yay! Thanks Chef Forgione, and thanks Adam for proving even a goofball can do it.

Love it! You make it seem like even the average Joe or Jane could make it. I've never made fresh pasta but I might have to try it later this week. Thanks!

great video presentation. Nice to see that a novice can successfully make pasta. And the dish looks tasty, I look forward to trying the steps. Great job, thank you!
