Ingredients
Burgers
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Beer Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup catsup
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beer
Directions
Mix Beef, milk, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire. Form mixture into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.
Grill burgers over medium heat for about 6 minute. Turn patties over and continue to cook until desired doneness. While burgers are Grilling, Sautee onios and green peppers in butter or margarine until tender but not brown. Combine Catsup, cornstarch, and Worcestershire sauce, add to the cooked vegetables. Slowly add beer and heat until warm.
