That pic is just a photographer playing around with 151 but you can create your own flaming cocktails easily. Here's the link to a Flaming Sambuca shot (and with grenadine, it would be perfect for Halloween). Just make sure the fire gets extinguished before you try drinking it. http://www.food2.com/videos/flaming-sambuca And here's a short video on flaming cocktail garnishes in general. Kind of lame but you get the basic gist... http://www.food2.com/videos/flaming-cocktail-garnishes

Got any good punch recipes? I need to make a punch for a party and could use some spooky/thematic ideas.

Annie: This Sparkling Ginger Cider is a great, seasonal punch; initially developed by Food Network Magazine. Easy to tweak with food coloring -- artificial or natural -- to turn it orange, green or black depending on theme. Might be fun to float candy eyeballs in the punch (or creepy ice cubes with bugs sealed inside) or create a flavored, smaller ice 'float / raft' in the center of the punch and put the creepy Halloween candy on top. http://www.food2.com/recipes/sparkling-ginger-cider
