It's gotta be sweet tea, the glass must be packed with ice, a little squeeze of fresh lemon is optional.

Cynthia- do you mean she jars the actual brewed ice tea, or the tea leaves? If you're talking about actual brewed tea, she probably uses a canning method to do this. I am thinking that tea might not be acidic enough to process using the boiling-water method, so she might use a pressure canner to do this.

A friend of mine brought in flavored iced tea she received from a friend who cans it in jars for the year. Does anyone know how that is done to keep the fresh flavor?
